Introduction:

The Starred Clients and Client Groups feature in Page helps you filter the client takeaways you see and receive notifications for. By starring clients or groups, you can stay focused on what’s most important to you, while still having access to all other clients when needed.

Starred Clients and Client Groups are personal and won't impact other users of Page.

What Does Starring Do?

Homepage Filtering: Starring a client or group ensures that only relevant takeaways from those starred clients appear on your homepage.

Notifications: You will receive email notifications for all starred clients and groups by default. If you don't wish to receive email notifications you can turn this off or un-star the client or client group. (This setting can be managed in the Notifications section).

Analysis Page Filtering: You can choose to view takeaways from starred clients and

groups, or see all clients as needed. Non-starred clients won’t appear in your default view, but you can still access their takeaways by clicking into individual clients or groups.

How to Star Clients and Client Groups:

On the Homepage or Analysis page: Click a the star icon next to a Client or Groups name on the right-hand side of the homepage.

Your homepage and Analysis page will now show takeaways only from your starred clients. If you have not starred any clients, the homepage will display all recent takeaways.

Managing Notifications for Starred Clients:

By default, starring a client or group will subscribe you to notifications for all relevant takeaways related to those clients. If you’d like to manage your notification settings:

1. Go to the Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner).

2. Click on Notifications from the left menu.

3. Enable or disable notifications for starred clients or groups.

1. What are Starred Clients and Client Groups?

Starred Clients and Client Groups allow you to prioritize which clients or groups you want to see takeaways for on your homepage and in the Analysis page, and receive notifications from.

2. How do I star a client or client group?

You can star a client or client group by clicking the star icon next to their name in the Clients or Groups section on the homepage.

3. Can I receive notifications without starring a client or group?

Currently, notifications and stars are bound together. Starring a client automatically subscribes you to notifications for that client.

4. Can my colleagues see which clients I’ve starred?

No, starring is a personal setting and does not affect what other users on your account see. However, any edits or additions to client or client groups are global for the organization.

5. What happens if I don’t star any clients or groups?

If no clients or groups are starred, your homepage will display all recent takeaways by default. You can also see all clients in the Analysis page by toggling the view from “Starred” to “All.”

6. Can I change notification settings for starred clients?

Yes, go to Settings > Notifications to manage your notification preferences for all starred clients and groups.
