Welcome to Page! This guide will help you get started with the essential features to streamline your experience. Below is a high-level overview of key functions including Takeaways, adding users, managing clients/companies, and viewing Meeting Takeaways.
Page provides relevant Takeaways for your clients and companies, helping you stay on top of essential updates and discussions happening across governments. Page will generate a meeting summary for every Federal and Provincial Chamber and Committee session.
Meeting are accessible through the Data Page, where you can sort, filter, and review historic meetings. They highlight the important decisions, quotes, and discussions that matter most to you or your clients. Summaries are available within 10 minutes of a meeting completion.
Live Meetings:
The Live Meeting View provides real-time updates on government discussions as they happen. It includes a continuously updating summary of key points and a live transcript of the debate, allowing users to stay informed on relevant topics without waiting for full meeting reports.
Company-Specific Takeaways: These Takeaways are tailored to your specific topics set in the Company profile. Page monitors meeting discussions, news, consultations and other sources for any mention of the topics you set. When a source is considered relevant, Page will generate a tailored takeaway and notify you.
Relevant Takeaways specific to your company or clients are accessible through the Analysis page. In addition to meetings, Page will also monitor consultations and news for discussions related to your company and it's interests. You can find these matches alongside the tailored takeaways on the Analysis page.
Adding New Users
You can invite colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders to access Page. To add a new user:
1. Navigate to the Users section in your Settings (Gear Icon) in the top Nav bar to the far right.
2. Click Invite New User.
3. Enter their email address, role, and select the relevant permissions.
4. Send the invitation. The new user will receive an email to complete the registration process.
Managing clients and companies is simple on Page:
1. Go to the Analysis in the top Nav bar.
2. Select Add New Client/Company.
3. Fill out the details including the company name, industry, and any other pertinent information.
4. Sign up for notifications
5. Save as a draft or Save and activate for Page to start monitoring for Relevant Takeaways.
