Home Page Overview

The Home page is your central hub for staying updated on the latest government activities that matter to your starred clients. It provides an at-a-glance summary of recent events, upcoming meetings, and relevant mentions in government discussions.


Key Features of the Home Page

1. Quick Actions

At the top of the Home page, you’ll find a set of quick action items. These are reminders for tasks such as setting up a client profile, reviewing meeting, news and consultation. This section helps you stay organized and ensures you don’t miss any critical updates.


2. Happening Now

This section highlights ongoing or upcoming government sessions, including committee meetings and chamber discussions. Each item includes the meeting type, jurisdiction, and a quick-access button to view details or follow the discussion in real time.


3. Recent Government Activity

Below the "Happening Now" section, you’ll see a breakdown of key government activities from the previous day, categorized by different legislative bodies.

Each section provides a summary of key discussions, motions, and legislative actions, with a "View Analysis" button to dive deeper.


4. Tailored Takeaways

Recent tailored takeaways for your client profiles will live here. For historic takeaways you’ll be able to to find those in the Data tab.

5. Navigation Panel (Right Sidebar)

On the right side of the page, you’ll find two key navigation tools:

  • Groups Panel (If monitoring for more than one profile): Organize and access your client profiles based on industry or category.

  • Clients Panel: View your starred clients and filter the displayed takeaways to show only relevant updates for them.



How to Use the Home Page Effectively

  1. Check the Quick Actions to ensure you have set up your starred clients and are tracking key takeaways.

  2. Review the Happening Now section to stay aware of ongoing government discussions that may impact your clients.

  3. Scan Recent Government Activity to catch up on key legislative updates from various assemblies and councils.

  4. Monitor Client Mentions to see if any of your clients have been discussed in government meetings.

  5. Use the Navigation Panel to filter content and focus on specific clients or industry groups.

By leveraging these features, you can stay informed and proactive in tracking the latest developments affecting your clients.
