Below are step-by-step instructions for common personal email clients and corporate systems.
1. Personal Email Clients
In Outlook for Mac (desktop app)
On the left, click Junk Email
Right-click the message.
Look for Report in the menu
Select Not Junk
This will move the email to your Inbox and add Page to your safe senders list.
Alternatively you can add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
You can find your safe senders list in Outlook on Mac by going to your settings (Click Outlook in the top left menu, select Settings, then choose Junk)
Once here you can click the + icon and add in [email protected], and now these emails won't get caught in junk filters.
In Outlook 365 and PC
On the left, click Junk Email
Right-click the message (or click the three dots on the right)
3. Select Mark as not junk
4. If prompted, click Add to safe senders
Gmail (Web)
Open Gmail and click the Settings gear icon, then See all settings.
Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Click Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter @withpage.com.
Click Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again.
Apple Mail (macOS)
Open Apple Mail and select any Page message.
From the menu bar choose Message > Add to Contacts.
Open Mail > Preferences, then go to Rules.
Click Add Rule and name it “Page Safe Sender”.
Set “If any of the following conditions are met” to From Contains withpage.com.
In Perform the following actions, select Move Message to Inbox.
Click OK, then Apply to your mailbox.
2. Corporate and Exchange-Based Systems
Microsoft 365
Your IT administrator can add Page’s domain to your organization’s allow list. Ask them to add [email protected].
